TESTIMONIALS

What I liked best…

    • The facility was excellent
    • Games started and ended on time and the game times were good...not too early, not too late.
    • The games were well officiated and kept under control
    • The teams seemed to be split well and all were competitive
-Jeff Kitzman, father of Rebecca Kitzman, Soph., Verona HS

It was a lot of fun. They made some new friends and played some good basketball.

-Tim Young, father of Ryan Young, Senior, Monroe HS

I enjoyed the team I was on.  I made a bunch of new friends which is always a blast! If I could come back and play again, I would!

-Megan Guernsey, Senior, Lomira HS

-Denise Zastrow, mother of Jennifer, senior and Lindsey, soph., Jefferson, HS
We have a freshman in our program who we discovered at your league last year ( Kaitlyn Lane from Stevens Point Pacelli).  She's going to be terrific!  Thanks for all you do.

I really thought the teams were evenly matched. It's so much fun to become friends with the girls you play with on the team(s) and to, when you play them during the season or see them at a tournament or something, be able to go up to them and talk to them and say, "Hey! Weren't you on my FCHEBL team?" Thank you so much for all the time you both put into the league to make it a success. I can't even imagine how much work has to be done to get everything just right, but you always seem to do it, year after year.
-Jenni Scherer, Junior, Delavan-Darien HS

What you liked best about FCHEBL?

I really liked the format. To be able to come to the event and see boys games back to back without the interrupted time is very valuable. This year the boys and girls games were split, and that was nice. Also, I really liked the packet. Very informative and gave great details, such as emails, addresses, and phone numbers... Definitely worth the $20...

What you liked least?

Nothing really. I simply wish more players would attend the program! I'm sure you wouldn't mind either.... :)

Dave Buchanan
Assistant Men's Basketball Coach
University of Wisconsin-Parkside

The best part of FCHEBL is the opportunity to play with some of the area's best players.

-Bryan Holly, Senior, New Berlin West HS

We liked the coach of her team.  She did a nice job. It is a good place to get some bball in before the season.
-Dave and Melanie Smith, parents of Becky Smith, Senior, Janesville Parker
I personally think that it was a lot of fun and it was well worth my time. It was nice to play with girls that had the same ability or were even better than I was so I can get better and recognize my weaknesses and what I had to work on so I am ready to go when my High School season starts. It was fun to get to know girls from different schools and it was overall a great experience.
-Molly Kielma, Junior, Arrowhead HS
I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to play in the league again this year.

-Dan Vechart, Junior, Brillion

What you liked best?

I like that we get to see a lot of players in a short amount of time at FCHEBL. I feel it's very well organized and the coaching packet is very helpful.

What do you liked least?

There isn't really anything I would change about it. I think you guys do a great job of organizing it.

I loved that I had the opportunity to have college coaches being able to see who I am.  The trainer, Troy , was amazing.  I got hurt and he took great care of me. He recommended me to some amazing doctors, and I am getting back on my feet.
-Heather Koerner, Soph, West Allis Central
The competition was of very high quality. I had a great time.
–Lindsay Burditt, Jr, Shoreland Lutheran HS
I really enjoyed the league once again this year and am happy that I was a part of it. Thank you both for putting this league together. It really helped me improve on my game in the past 3 years.

As a parent/coach, the thing I liked best about FCHEBL was the way the teams were fairly evenly matched. It made for good competition.

I thought that the league was very organized and everything seemed to run smoothly. The teams were fun to play with and the girls were very nice. We also got in a lot of games for only 4 days.

What we liked best…

Holly:  Liked playing with players from different areas.
Mom:  Seeing the team work together as the weeks went by.

Any other comment or suggestions…

Holly:  I enjoyed it a lot and look forward to coming to FCHEBL next year?
Mom:  You both did a great job in coordinating and running this event.  It seemed to run very smoothly and we truly enjoyed it.  Even thou we had to drive 2 hours each way, it was a great time each week.

–Sue and Holly Mathys, Soph, Bay Port HS ( Green Bay )
It was cool to see her play with a lot of talented kids.
-Parent of Kayla Chapman, Soph, East Troy HS

We had a great experience with your league. Michael got a chance to play against some of the best players in Wisconsin . I can't tell you what that did for his confidence. I will recommend this league to any player boy or girl who wants to compete against the best and have a chance of a college coach watching them. Thanks.

-Mark Nelson, father of Michael, Senior, Mondovi

You really put on a great event. What I liked best is the fact that I was able to watch 3 games at one time. I didn't have to drive all over town.

I realize that yesterday was only the first day for FCHEBL:  however seeing my son Aaron's enthusiasm and smiling face last night, I wanted to express my most sincere words of appreciation for all that you have done and continue to do.  Aaron had a great day yesterday, thank you so much!

It's a good time and a place to meet other players from across the state.

Chance to see over 50 girls that we won't have an opportunity to see during the season.  The refs stay in the game, and do a great job!

I consider it a "high exposure" environment for the last 2 years.  My many thanks to all who put this together.  There is nothing to not like.
