Entry and Release of all Claims In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I acknowledge that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for participation in this event fully cognizant of the risks inherent therein. I hereby release the Future Collegiate High Exposure Basketball League and all other participating camp sponsors together with all officials and volunteers and directors involved in this event from any and all liability resulting from my participation in the Future Collegiate High Exposure Basketball League.
